Birthday ‘Party’ Suggestions for a seventeen yr outdated guy?

Birthday ‘Party’ Ideas for a 17 year old guy?
So i’m thinking about inviting about 8-14 people, but could invite more depending on what I decide to do

I don’t have a massive Budget

My birthday is March 7

The people who im thinking about inviting people who don’t all know each other, and I am not really close with a few people, but would like to get closer too

I am not usually the sort of person to have parties, that is part of the reason for me to have it as I want to organise at least one get together myself

There will probably be more guys than girls (I am guy btw)

Oh and I live in a pretty small flat on the ground floor, with a reasonably small garden

Any suggestions welcome, whether its an my house or at some other establishment of some kind

At 17 I would say you are a bit old for a party, but to young for the pubs.
