It appears to be a gold version of an Audemars Piquet ‘Royal Oak’.
See the page & image below; note the double links inset in to the watch body where the strap joins to it.

Edit – another photo – I suspect similar to this but with the be el changed to a gold one.
(There are literally do ens of variations of the Royal Oak watch).
