luck or skill?
There was a recent court case in the UK where a landlord was charged with running illegal poker games in his pub.
His defence was ” its not gambling cause it is a game of skill rather than luck”
What is your opinion luck or skill?

I would consider ‘skill’ to be card counting which is cheating. I think most gambling card games are down to an large element of luck.
